Focused on the Southeast and Southwest Florida markets, Custom Collections is a unique Hospitality & Contract sales and marketing representative agency that is built on service excellence and differentiation.
Our firm represents high-quality products for public areas, hospitality, and contract projects, whether new-build or renovation. The product collections are a combination of custom designs and program selections allowing for thousands of patterns and designs — including Axminster carpet, wood and vinyl flooring, casegoods and upholstered furniture, and performance textiles. The manufacturers we represent are vertical and control/own each step of the production process, using exclusive designs, fibers and finishes that meet the performance needs for public areas and guest rooms.
Led by Lorraine Masch, the multi-line agency creates lasting relationships and has completed projects for the leading hotel ownership, architecture, design, and purchasing firms in the industry. Our projects are local, national or international in scope among multiple brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Intercontinental, Best Western, Choice, Opal Collection, Bluegreen Vacation and Wyndham Hotel groups. In addition, numerous condominiums, golf clubs, and private ownership hotel owners fill our client list.
Lorraine joined Custom Collections after a fruitful design career of more than 20 years with Top 100 firms in New York and Miami. Her practice is to enhance creative dialogs between designers and manufacturers. Her expertise with custom FF&E products, specifications and value engineering techniques now supports the local A&D community, providing access to our comprehensive suite of manufacturers.
